On the outskirts of Pitsunda in the village of Ldzaa is a private museum dedicated to the history and ethnography of the peoples of Abkhazia. The museum's creator, folk craftsman Georgi Khetsuriani (died in 1994), devoted his life to creating and collecting unique exhibits.
