Queens Domain Park is a huge open-air park in Hobart, the state capital of Tasmania, which features several playgrounds, the Royal Tasmanian Botanic Gardens and the Government Building, as well as many sports facilities. The north-western part of the park is lined with picnic areas and barbecues.

Hill Park is located in the north-eastern part of the city on the banks of the River Derwent. It was created back in 1811, and in the 1860s was declared the property of the of the town's inhabitants.

The main attraction of the park is the Government Building - a beautiful building that is a must-see. Another popular attraction is the Royal Tasmanian Botanic Gardens, which is home to unique plants collected from around the world. It regularly hosts a variety of floral exhibitions. Another favourite tourist spot is The Avenue of Soldiers' Remembrance, created in memory of soldiers who died during the World War I. 520 trees were planted along the avenue between 1918-19. Not far away is the Hobart Cenotaph.

In addition, the Queens Domain is home to a number of sports facilities complexes - Aquatics Centre, International Tennis Centre, Athletic Centre, etc.
