Baconao National Natural Park is perhaps the most unusual place in all of Cuba and the most original amusement park in the country. Declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the 50 kilometre-long park stretches between the Caribbean Sea and the Sierra Maestra Mountains. and the Sierra Maestra Mountains. The park is world famous, above all for its Prehistoric Valley, the Sculpture Meadow and the Baconao Lagoon.
