Cyprus

Cyprus, formally known as the Republic of Cyprus, stands as an island nation nestled in the eastern Mediterranean Sea. Positioned to the north of the Sinai Peninsula, south of the Anatolian Peninsula, and west of the Levant, this country is intricately linked to West Asia. Despite its geographical affiliation, Cyprus boasts cultural connections and geopolitical influences that predominantly align with Southeastern Europe. Cyprus is situated to the east of Greece, north of Egypt, south of Turkey, and west of Lebanon and Syria.
