This picturesque waterfall is located on the east coast of the island on the White River. The waters of this river feed Dominica's famous Boiling Lake. The journey to Victoria is of medium difficulty and takes an average of 3-4 hours, taking into account the return journey. However, it is not recommended to venture here on your own, without a guide.
The road to this waterfall starts in the village of Dalys. This town is located in the southeast of Dominica between Petite Savane and La Plaine. This part of the island is little explored and developed, unlike the other popular destinations that exist here. This is why thousands of tourists from all over the world, keen on eco-tourism, flock here to see the pristine natural beauty and magnificent scenery.
You can reach the White River by car, and leave it in a special organised car park here. The fee for parking is 5 American dollars. The waterfall has its own "guardian" who will meet you here - the friendly Moses. It is from here that you start the long climb that follows the river through dense thickets to Victoria. This wonderfully beautiful waterfall will not leave anyone indifferent!
