The Porvoo Doll and Toy Museum was founded in 1947 and has the best toy displays in Finland.
At the moment the museum has more than a thousand exhibits from the late 19th and early 20th century. This collection was collected by Evi Söderlund over 35 years of travelling around Finland. The guides will tell you amazing and extremely interesting stories about these dolls and their little owners.
The museum is open to the public during the summer months. In winter, autumn and spring there are guided tours for groups by appointment only.
