The Tampere Art Museum was opened in 1931. It introduces its visitors to the art of Finland in the 19th century. More than 7000 prints, drawings and sculptures by more than 670 artists are on display. The most widely represented are paintings from the first decades of the last century by Tampere artists Carlo Vuori, Gabriel Enberg and others.
The museum is open to the public.
