Finland

Finland (Finnish: Suomi; Swedish: Finland), officially the Republic of Finland (Finnish: Suomen tasavalta; Swedish: Republiken Finland), is a Nordic country in Northern Europe. It shares borders with Sweden to the northwest, Norway to the north, and Russia to the east. The Gulf of Bothnia lies to its west while the Gulf of Finland graces its southern shores, facing Estonia. Finland encompasses an expansive area of 338,145 square kilometers (130,559 square miles).
