The Ehrenhof Museum Complex, located in Düsseldorf, was established in 1926 according to the design proposed by architect Wilhelm Kreisem. Located on the banks of the Rhine River, this complex has been serving for decades to raise the cultural level of the city's residents and tourists. Nowadays, the Ehrenhof combines several museums: there is a Palace of Arts and an art museum, as well as a large concert hall and an exhibition called "People and Economy".

The basis of all the Ehrenhof's expositions is the collection gathered back in the 18th century by the rather wealthy Jan Wellem family. Here you can see more than 100 thousand sculptures and paintings, art objects and graphics.

The Art Museum presents a collection of unique paintings by famous artists who lived from the 16th to the 20th century. In another, no less fascinating exposition, you can trace the course of the city's development from ancient times to modern reality.

The Ehrenhof Museum Complex consists of four buildings, which are arranged in the shape of a horseshoe. On the roof of one of the buildings there is a beautiful sculpture - "Aurora", its author was Arno Breker. In the central part there is a beautiful fountain, where you can spend time with special pleasure in the summer heat. Various sculptures are located not only in the interior of the museum complex, but also on the lawns of its courtyard. The most impressive in size is the sculpture of a rhinoceros.
