Trollhaugen Manor is located 10 kilometres from Bergen on the shore of a fjord in a beautiful location. It is the home of Edvard Grieg, built in 1885. The composer lived here for 22 years and it was here that he composed his best works. Nearby, in a rock on the seashore, he and his wife are buried.
In the house-museum you can see the personal belongings of the composer, numerous photographs. Survived a small workshop of the composer with his desk. Music concerts are often held here.
