The Wang Church, located on the highest point of the city, is an exact replica of a 12th century temple. King Wilhelm IV of Prussia bought the church in Norway for a museum in Berlin, but in 1844 he gave it to the local Protestants. Magnificent ornamentation adorns the church building.
