The name of the monastery translates from Thai as "Cave Tiger Monastery". The monastery got this name because of a nearby rock, shaped like a tiger's paw. that resembles the paw of a tiger. In the main hall of the monastery, built inside a huge cave, the monks meditate. In the forest near the monastery you can see numerous huts of monks and nuns. You can climb the 300 metre stairs to the large statue of the seated Buddha and his footprint on top of the rock. of the cliff. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area.
