Location

Bugenvilliya Guest House is located in the suburbs of Novii Afon, 4.5 km from the center. There are canteens, cafes, and shops within walking distance. There is no need to cross the highway or the railway on the way to the sea. Guests can walk to the sea, the beach is sandy and pebbly, not equipped. The bus stop is within walking distance from the house. Nearby, in the village of Primorskoye, there is a cold and hot hydrogen sulfide spring with therapeutic mud baths, mineral water and massage.

At the guest house

The hotel faces the sea. There is a shared ironing board and iron on each floor, and a washing machine is also provided — use is free of charge if guests have your own detergent. There is free Wi–Fi and parking on site. For meals, Bougainvillea provides tourists with the opportunity to use a shared equipped kitchen. Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay.
When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival.
When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia.
For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash.

Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport.
