We ordered room service The food arrived cold, the waiter did not bring us cutlery, did not bring the food with a table but gave us the plates by hand instead of bringing them into the room, we asked for a drink menu and it took the waiter two hours to bring it to us . I asked him change my room he refused And ask me to pay on spot.

In the bathroom fans do not have towels ... I booked a superior room for 2 people, but they settled us a standard room instead. I complained and the staff wanted to fool me first as all the rooms are the same, then they changed the room after 2 nights. The staff was nasty ..

- The room size was great - The location was central
The hotel and the room was not clean. That is the reason why I am not so realy happy about the hote. However, the location from the hotel was good. It was very central. But I would not book this hotel again. The windows were very poorly insulated, the traffic was very audible, making sleep impossible in the morning.
