Estonia

Estonia, officially the Republic of Estonia, is a country standing along the shores of the Baltic Sea in Europe. Estonia shares its maritime boundaries to the north with the Gulf of Finland across from Finland. To the west, it is embraced by the sea across from Sweden. To the south Estonia finds its neighbor in Latvia, while to the east it is framed by the Lake Peipus and the expanse of Russia. The geographical expanse of Estonia encompasses the mainland, the substantial islands of Saaremaa and Hiiumaa, along with a mosaic of over 2,200 other islands and islets dotting the eastern coastline of the Baltic Sea. This country spans a total area of 45,339 square kilometers (17,505 square miles).
