Philippines

The Philippines, officially the Republic of the Philippines, stands as a captivating archipelagic country in Southeast Asia. Spanning the vast expanse of the western Pacific Ocean, this enchanting land is composed of a staggering 7,641 islands, collectively covering an area of 300,000 square kilometers (186,411 square miles). The country's topography is intricately divided into three distinct geographical regions, namely Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Philippines is embraced by the South China Sea on the west, the Philippine Sea on the east, and the Celebes Sea on the south. Its maritime boundaries extend gracefully, connecting with Taiwan to the north, Japan to the northeast, Palau to the east and southeast, Indonesia to the south, Malaysia to the southwest, Vietnam to the west, and China to the northwest.
