Croatia

Croatia, officially the Republic of Croatia, is a country situated at the intersection of Central and Southeast Europe, with its shoreline stretching along the beautiful Adriatic Sea. Encompassing an area of 56,594 square kilometers (21,851 square miles), it shares borders with Slovenia to the northwest, Hungary to the northeast, Serbia to the east, and Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Montenegro to the southeast. Additionally, Croatia has a maritime boundary with Italy to the west.
